Affordable, Fast, Effective:
For
about half the cost of a used car you can
learn to fly and become a certificated
Private Pilot and enjoy a lifetime of memorable flying experiences.
Accelerated Flight Training using SunState's unique Integrated
Flight Training Programs are truly the most cost and time
efficient way to learn to fly due to the fact that with accelerated
private pilot
training your learning curve is maximized and you are totally
immersed into the subject matter for the duration of your private
pilot flight
training course, away from the normal distractions of work, business
and life in general. Spend 3 weeks in Florida learning to fly and then spend the
rest of your life with a private pilot certificate and a skill that less than 2
percent of the population now enjoys.
The tables below gives you an itemized estimation of ALL of the costs involved with this
private pilot training course, and is based on the average flight training time to completion. Keep in mind that this is an estimate, not a "one size fits all" package deal. Your actual costs will vary, simply because everyone is different and possesses different learning styles and past experiences (such as in the case of finish-up students). By using the Cessna
Computer Based Instruction system, your total time to
learn to fly and completion of the Private Pilot training course will be significantly less than the industry average though. This is accomplished by using the most advanced interactive instructional techniques which involves more of the senses into the learning process, thus maximizing the retention of information.

A word about our pricing and rates:
SunState Aviation's commitment to you, our students and customers is

possible, combined with the very best possible customer service at
the very best prices and hourly rates possible. We do not add fuel
surcharges or any other hidden charges to our rental rates (a 7%

do we falsely inflate our rental rates in order to offer "special
cut-rate deals." Our rates are competitive and our block discounts
are already as low as we can possibly go. Please do not ask us to
depart from our published rates. The prices and rates published on
this web-site are the effective rates at the time that you viewed
